The biggest variety of top quality hunting rifles will be on show at HuntEx2011, the SA Hunters and Game Conservation Association's (SAHGCA) new annual hunting exhibition, at Gallagher Convention Centre from 15 - 17 April 2011. Foreign hunting rifle manufacturers have not left anything to chance in order to introduce their products to the South African hunting market.

Products that will be on show at HuntEx2011 are Sako, Tikka, Browning, and Howa hunting rifles.

Visitors to HuntEx2011 will be able to do more than just window shopping. Prospective buyers can make an appointment with the owners of the stands at the show to acquaint themselves better with these rifles and even try it out at the centre strike indoor shooting range.

A hunting rifle without the right ammunition and scope is not worth much. At HuntEx2011 hunters will have direct access to experts for advice about the right ammunition to get the most out of their new rifles. Highland ammunition, Sierra bullets, Nikko Stirling scopes and Ridgeline hunting clothing will also be on show at HuntEx2011.

Fire-arm licence application facilities will be available on site. The organisers of HuntEx2011 are working relentlessly to save hunters some of the frustration of applying for a fire-arm licence. These plans are progressing well, thanks to the good co-operation that the organisers are receiving from dealers, service providers and other role-players in the hunting industry. Negotiations are underway to expand and improve this aspect of the expo even further.

With the popularity of sportshooting among South Africans on the increase and serious sport shooters and beginners will be able to view and try out the latest Hatsan airguns.

Manufacturers, Wholesalers and Dealers that want to participate in the biggest hunting expo in South Africa ever, are advised to contact Adriaan Woudstra on adriaan@huntex.net , tel +27 12 803 5986 or fax +27 86 513 1103. Visit www.huntex.net for more information or to book a stand online.
