Members of an association are generally exposed to different tourism related aspects: transportation, accommodation and the hosting of meetings at dedicated venues.
A questionnaire was developed to measure service quality among business tourists who have been exposed to the above-mentioned tourist products. The statements and questions in this questionnaire were constructed for tourists who had specific exposure to the airline, hotel and conference venue sectors.
The aim of the survey is to identify the elements that will have an influence on how a business tourist, i.e. a South African Hunters and Game Conservation Association (SAHGCA) member, assesses the service quality experience of these products.
Upon completion of the survey, a report will be presented to SAHGCA based on the findings of members" service quality requirements. This report will assist the association to manage the future events of SAHGCA in a more sustainable manner from a service quality perspective. This report will be presented to the association free of charge and will be acknowledged as part of a national study.
