A Real Quicky, this Venison Quiche

One hesitates to describe this dish as a venison "quiche"� because inevitably jokes about the mispronunciation of this word comes (or should I say "jumps"�?) to mind. That's the obvious one about the customer who asks the waitress for a "quicky"� and then gets his face slapped.
